I bow hunt grouse, clean it on a mountain side, and cook the breast and leg meat in a wood pellet grill! During this hunt, I was archery hunting elk when I stumbled upon a dusky grouse (also known as blue grouse). I was able to harvest the grouse using my bow and arrow and create a delicious smoked wild game meal with it. Catch, Clean, Cook Dusky Grouse - bowhunting edition!
