Leopoldo Palacios Jugo, of Venezuela, is one of the most highly respected course designers in the world of international showjumping.
A former international rider and a co-founder of the Aachen School of Course Design, Mr. Palacios has been the chief course designer for numerous high profile international competitions including the Olympic Games, the Winter Equestrian Festival, and the Spruce Meadows Masters Tournament.
Formerly the 2nd Vice President of the Fédération Equestre Internationale (The International Equestrian Federation), the Caracas based construction executive is known throughout the world for his innovative, challenging and humane approach to course design and for his selfless contributions to the education of equestrians throughout the Americas and beyond.
