Well it's official, North Vancouver's Connor Bedard has become the first player to ever be granted exceptional status into the WHL. The 14-year old phenom who plays for the CSSHL's West Vancouver Warriors will be selected first overall at the WHL draft by the Regina Pats who won the draft lottery in March.
