How to install a US box on a surfboard/longboard/egg / 2+1 ?

— STEP 1
Place the US box at the marks previously drawn

— STEP 2
Position and adjust the jig to your router

— STEP 3
Once the optimal setting is done, you can start digging.

— STEP 4
Before gluing the US box, it is necessary to protect the surface.

— STEP 5
Finally, you can fill the cavity with a mixture of resin and microballoon, and a patch of fiberglass.

— STEP 6
Now you can present the box and press it down, being careful not to get any resin inside.
