A slightly more advanced lateral control drill. The idea here is to be able to maintain lateral motion using heel kicks, while moving forward and back. This simulates having to move in tight spaces while maintaining control. For blockers this is useful in tracking a jammer laterally across the track, and for jammers it can be used to maintain speed while getting some space.
I'm trying out the new "cards" interface to link related drills, if you think it's annoying, let me know in the comments. Or, y'know, carrier pigeon, but that might take a little longer.
