If you are seeing this video then YouTube finally decided to process it. Anyways for those who have not played this game, the 1000 ticket jackpot can only be claimed by whacking the target just hard enough. This method only lit up the blue balloon at this time, but was made public for people who are afraid of lighting up the the green balloon (there are distinctly how to win videos, so technically hitting it just hard enough doesn't break machine codes in this situation).
