This 20-minute natural movement practice | Ground Flow Movements will cover 4 main movements that you can try at home to improve and reclaim lost mobility due to injury, immobility, office work, and general lack of exercise which occurs during our busy lives.
In this video, we will be looking at progressions and variations, with a recap (in reverse!) at the end which you can also use in isolation to quickly remind you of the movements.

Ground movements are a key way to improve and reclaim lost mobility lost by living in our comfortable (chair level) modern world. Getting down to the ground (another key movement skill in itself…as well as back up…see other @reclaim.movement videos) to use it as a piece of equipment allows us to use our joints in different ranges of motion and access different muscles in order for us to mobilise and strengthen them.
