In this video I get a question from a 14 year old pitcher who wants to know how to improve pitching velocity in only 1 month. He says he pitches between 72-75 mph currently for his pitching speed but he wants to pitch faster quickly. So what I did was I put together some pitching velocity quick tips for him so that he can start on his journey of learning how to increase pitching velocity. Although this is not a quick fix or a "magic pill" to pitch faster, the pitching velocity tips within are definitely worth implementing into your pitching program if you are serious about becoming a better pitcher.
