Here is an in-depth look at my sheep farm business structure. I am small-scale farming Dorper Sheep on 30 acres of pasture in Northeast Texas. Dorper Sheep are a hair sheep and not a wool sheep. The Dorper sheep are a South African breed that are great for forage based systems. They are meat sheep and the flavor of the meat is very mild.
