I took a stab at a classic today.
A great workout to get some intensity and push yourself. Great mix of skill and manageable weights it a nice gymnastics/barbell combo.
A classic event from the Rich Froning era for the hardcore fans.
Here’s how the work workout goes:
Round 1: 8-7-6 (21 reps)
Round 2: 6-5-4 (15 reps)
Round 3: 4-3-2 (9 reps)
Barbell: deadlift-power clean- power snatch
Weight is 155/105lbs
On the pull up bar: pull ups- chest to bar-bar muscle up.
You start on the barbell following the rep pattern above then advance to the pull up bar and so the same before starting round 2!

This workout took me 3:17 today. Probably have a little more of I wanna get reckless!
I’ll almost a few of my cleans were a little soft, but otherwise I think I cruised through this pretty well.
