Suitable for mum's who have had their 6 weeks Doctor's check, or 10 weeks post-natal if you've had a c-section/prolapse/4th degree tear.
Take it at your own pace, listen to your body and enjoy.
Place your baby on a baby blanket on your mat, grab a pillow or blanket of you have one. If they have a favourite toy, gram that too, you can always use it to entertain them.
The baby yoga section is very gentle and you must never force any movements, but keep them nice and gentle. If you're baby is not in good health do not attempt this class with them.
Benefits: Improving your core strength, reducing stress and spending quality time with your little one. The gentle baby yoga we practice helps to ease colic, aids good sleep and supports your babies natural development.
