Seaham Red Star completed a league double over North Shields after an impressive 2-0 victory.
Michael Chilton headed the hosts ahead on 26 minutes before scoring a clinical second, just after half-time.
The Star had numerous chances to press home their advantage even further, but saw the game through for their fourth win in five games.
