Video of a presentation that explains how I started to practically use Hit Factor to determine the Stage Strategy (Accuracy or Speed) and the Stage Plan (% of points to shoot on specific targets) for IPSC training and match stages. I did not invent, nor own, this process. It is based on different elements I destilled from online courses I participated in (a very special shout out to the EG-CZ Academy), stage breakdown videos (ex: Christian S.), practical shooting books (ex: Saul K.), podcasts (ex: SpecTrain) and competitor videos (ex: JJ R.). Since the start of 2024 I try to implement the process in my trainings and matches with success, although I still have to learn and grow more ;-) More interesting Practical Shooting content, projects and polls on the "Community Tab" on my Channel! Let me know in the Comments below which techniques you use! DVC
