Circuit #1: 3 rounds
Landmine rows 10-12 reps
Dumbbell arnold press 12 reps
Raised arm push ups 8 reps per side
Bent over plate rows 10 reps per arm
30 second row at max effort
Circuit #2: 3 rounds
Hanging leg raises - as many as possible
Front lat push down 12 reps
Med ball slams 12 reps
Wide grip lat pull down 10-12 reps
