This warm-up it's great before your TABATA workout, GYM, weight training, TRX/ Rip 60, Pilates, Yoga, and even your running session.
This warm-up guys it's not only before your workout but also fantastic way to start your day, or when you feel you are stiff and you need extra mobility in your hips and your back this set of moves are amazing.

2. Shoulder circles. 0:55.
3. Arm circles. 1:24
5. Hip circles 2:23
6. Hip mobility all directions. 2:50
7. Rocking on your feet forward back. 3:54
8. Side to side bends with touch the floor. 4:25
9. Military Squat to hamstrings stretch. 4:56
10. Arms walk outs to cobra pose. 5:57
11. Straight leg raises with arms touches. 6:10
12. 3 sec Quadricep stretch with arm raise. 6:42
13. Open and close with arm rotation. 7:10
14. Trunk rotations. 7:25
15. Standing Side bends. 7:40
16. Trunk twist with straight arms. 7:57
16. Lunge with trunk rotation (twists). 8:12
17. Little jumps with lose body. 8:42
