Bowden spent his first 2 seasons as a WR & return man and had a lot of success. When Kentucky needed help at QB, guess who stepped up? Lynn Bowden Jr. He’s played behind center for more than he ever expected & he’s led the Wildcats to some impressive victories.
What he’s been doing is one of the most impressive things of the college football season. He’s an electric playmaker as a receiver & returner, but he’s added value as a runner & an occasional passer. This versatility is why he’s a Hornung Award finalist & ultimately increases interest from NFL scouts.
