Following on from last week, Leila talks through some exercises for your centre (or "core") from a tabletop position. Whilst we love flowing and varied 3-dimensional movement, these simple stability exercises help to support all other movements by strengthening your centre (deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles) and preventing back injuries / pain.
