Round 3 of the Welsh Triathlon SuperSeries was a blast 💥
6th in age group and 25th overall, super pleased with that!
4th overall bike split, showing how good the modified @lapierreuk Aircode is 🚴 💨
Luckily no more sprint triathlons for a while so I can start to wear socks while cycling / running again 🧦😂
How close can you get to a perfect triathlon dismount... THIS CLOSE!
I did have a 10s penalty but after reviewing the footage with the technical officials and British Triathlon I had it retracted 👌🏻
