This video is a 5 min compilation of my progression strength-wise of my HSPU Road in the last 6 months (Jan 2024 to June 2024). In the video the main exercice is a Pike Push up and the goal is to increase over time the amount of weight being pushed vertically. The video is also Speed up x2.
Programming: I did those workout 2 times per week on top of 2 other Pull days. Usually going for a difficulty progression that would allow me to do 5 to 6 repetitions of the exercice. (I cut the sets to 3 reps in the video to make it shorter).
