Here is my rehab dunk session which was pain guided. Here are the rules I followed:
-Start at low effort
-Stay at a 3 or less in pain
-Stay at same intensity until pain drops to a 1
-Once pain drops to a 1 increase the intensity
Rim height: 9’9.25”
