These are two warmup edgework skating drills for goalies that are designed to work on improving the goalies skating / edges, body control, and change of direction.
Of course, these can be modified in many different ways, with our without downslide recoveries, t push recoveries, etc. When thinking about how you will implement these drills for your goalies, consider layering them in several pieces so that the goalie is forced to master 1-2 pieces of the drill before moving to the next portion.

One thing to consider, with younger goalies, focusing on things like proper T Pushes and proper recoveries out of a butterfly slide will have more benefit than advanced skating and change of direction drills.
