Nagano, JAPAN - 1997 NHK Trophy, Ice Dancing, Free Dance - Pasha Grishuk and Evgeny Platov of Russia took out the one lift from their Memorial dance that caused him to fall at Trophee Lalique. It was a wise choice as they were able to skate clean here. They would win the Free Dance and end up winning the Gold Medal here.
