Here’s a very common problem with flip: toe scrape on takeoff. As a skater reaches back to tap the toe pick in their weight is pushing down on the toe causing it to skid along the ice instead of biting into it briefly.

This is caused by putting the toe in on the way down in your knee bend instead of on the way UP! I’m always looking for a rhythmical knee action in jumps and in the flip this is so important to help you feel the skating knee. Toe pick on the way up on your takeoff.
