It seems like everyone who starts BJJ is wondering how do I get my blue best as fast as possible. I received my blue belt from my Professor in September of 2019. It took about 12 months total for me to get my blue belt. This video was filmed March 2020, even though I said October in the video. Recap of my thoughts on getting your blue belt:

- Stop worrying about getting your blue belt
- Go to class and listen to you professor/instructors
- Learn what BJJ is
- Have the desire to get bettter
- Don't be consumed by the outcome
- Compete
- Come to class with a goal
