These exercises include flowing swings and more isolated strengthening exercises. Very unorthodox and versatile movements we have invented this year.
This exercise called the club circles exercise is one of the toughest and hardest wrist strengthening exercises that we have ever done… but the results are pretty incredible as well.
The wrists get strengthened to a whole another level in terms of both strength and mobility. 3 dimensional wrist resilience will make the joint bulletproof but be careful, this is an advanced exercise!
